The Academy Arc

(Sorry, just got home x-x. I'm so tired....night.)

(Okay. Nighty.. ^^

The demons stop abruptly...even as you run it seems oddly quiet....however some one is laughing at a far distance?....Odd no one should be in the forest except YOU.

I came to a slow skip and stopped looking around in the darkness. Holding two tiny holy water valves inbetween my fingers in each hand, I spoke up. "Who's there!?"

The individual walks forward, it looks like a human corpse that has fungus growing profusely out of one side whilst the other side seems completely normal. Save for the fact both feet end in a system of roots. And in the right hand lies a scythe, before you can even react the individual phases into the ground and appears in front of you via the same method- "I don't think your fire will work against me or even holy water , Hun, I was listening in on your conversation with that ass akiyo and to be honest....I think I'll kill you just to get back at him. Teach him to think I'm something more then a common naberius!" He raises his scythe and twirls it while facing you.

I crunch my bow together and extended in a (resembling a cool toothpick...? XD) staff pointed on both ends and lit up even brighter, my fangs baring. "Who are you...?" I said, backing up. My heart pounded against my chest harder with every second that passed. I thought to myself, Help from Akiyo doesn't sound to bad right now. So what if I don't get special exwire privileges...? At least I'd be alive... There's so much I haven't done yet! I've never even had my first kiss! Nuuuuuuu! My eyes widened as my right foot ended behind me. "What do you want from me!?"

Akiyo actually drops down from over head, he stands in between you two....He seems calmer....more fierce. "Hello, Isus....Tell me how does it feel to still serve a weak master?" Before the flamboyant undead familiar can take a step closer I hold out my hand infront of it, I turn to ayumi. "I don't believe we've been formerly introduced. My name is Abaddon. Devil of pride....and prince of hell...!" A very odd metal axe appears in my hand and instantly my form changes to that emulating a knight. After the transformation is finished I grip my sword/axe and point it directly at isus. "So, do I have to defeat you again....It wont be too pretty....I can assure you." He is way tall for one....pretty imposing....anyways; his voice echoes as he says his phrase, not to mention his voice also sounds deeper and more direct...Like the sort you would hear from a hero or hardened soldier in a medieval film; Holy crap, well....Might as well sit back for a bad-ass fight huh? After all that naberius possesses an odd ability to inhibit fire despite that being its weakness....and the whole fact it seems almost built to take you on....odd, but whatever. Main focus is the giant metal man before you with the crown adorned on his head and the apparent influx of light circulating around him and his sword. My mouth opened in awe. Day three, and things have already gotten interesting. My tuition was right, but that doesn't make me feel any better. The Devil of Pride, and the prince of hell!? Shit, I don't have a title, I don't think... I'm just a lower class human/demon as far as it goes. "Abaddon...?" I backed away from them. I'm half demon and this stuff still surprises me.

Isus attempts to ram into me but I send a wave of light in response....and with that its arm goes flying off....the foul beast can only muster a open mouthed cry of terror as a second wave of light consumes him leaving nothing but the twinkle as the light dissipates. I turn to you and in response my armored form sheds off almost like that light wave, disappearing into thin air as dwindling star-light along with my weapon. I comb my hair to the side casually and look down slightly. "I suppose that concludes the exercise then. You passed. In terms of survival that is....as for...isus he wast a part of this trip. You preformed well with the lower demons and that's all that mattered." as I say that....the sun finally comes up, been a day already? Well then.

Did I say day three...? Make that day four... .3. "Oh my god. I could hug you! ...Although... I'm still a little bit shaky..." I sighed and place my arrow back into it's holster. "Geez. I made it. I made it through one night! Although still, I have a question you might not answer... where did all that come from? Isus, and such? What's going on?" My eye twitched from the lack of sleep and I rubbed my left arm. "Abaddon?" I yawned and rubbed my eye, jacking my satchel back onto my shoulder.

"Anyone who says that name is either a dead-man or a demon, people usually use the name they gave to me ; Akiyo Miyozuki. As for isus he was a naberius sent by a rogue splinter cell within the order. I know his master is a woman but that's about it." I walk towards her and put my arm around her neck in one fluid motion, Instantly we become light and appear back in the pavilion of the school with the cram school door not less than a few feet away. The light dissipates and I walk inside the cram door with my specialized key. Soon the scene fills with the occasional cram student making their way as well into the door via unlocking it in the same manner and then shutting it like so.

"Akiyo, r-right." I hiked my satchel further up onto my shoulder and blinked. What time was it. "God..." I placed my hand to my forehead. That whole entire day was absolutely unnerving about to the point where I just couldn't take it.

The final bell rings and signals just a few seconds for both the cram school and regular highschool to admit any stragglers in the hall/outside. Better hurry inside.

I hurried into the classroom and took my seat, pulling out a red notebook, a red pen, and a pencil. I whistled around while waiting for class to begin. "Hell... all because I couldn't pay attention..." I mumbled, curling my hair around my fore finger.

The lesson is average at best. Akiyo sits crosslegged by the door, fiddling with some sort of phone. Texting some unknown person by the looks of it.

I folded my arms and stared at the blank page in my notes. I had already written down five pages worth of constant notes and hints, and now I was bored and blitzed. I took my pencil and began to sketch an epic fight between me and one of the demon kings, the whole page going up in flames, covered in blue, and blood, covered in red from my pens. "God, what's wrong with me...?" I mumbled, leaning into my fist.

The second bell of the day rings and it signifies cram school is done for today. The teacher has left you with home-work and in the middle of the exiting exorcist it seems akiyo managed to disappear off to his room. Leaving you to walk back to the same location alone.

I slowly packed my bag and slung it around my shoulder. I looked at the homework and let it hang to one side in my right hand. I sighed and walked out of the door, sleepily heading to my room while humming constant Katy Perry.

Some new shadows adorn the entrance as you near it, from the looks of it there seems to be at least 2 people inside not including akiyo. And from the sound coming from the room it seems the very flamboyant proprietor of the school might be in there. Your choice to go in as always.

I walked up to the door and peered in. This may be where I live now, but who knows what they could be up to.

I have my face/front of my body facing a window while mephisto talks. He seems to be laughing about something and I speak up. "Ayumi, come in."

Getting weird looks from almost everyone most of which are probably human. It seems I lost my way again for now at least. Though I couldn't help but wonder was it my skin (profile pic) or my staff that I like to carry around that got the human attention. It doesn't really matter not to himself at least though the humans probably do care. If only i could see better it would be easier to get back to my room. This is what I get for walk out in daylight. Though if all else fails I just make a nest in the woods near by. Then tell mephisto what happened tomorrow when and if I can find him.

I stifled a snort and walked in casually, playing off the awkwardness. "So, did I miss anything?" I said raising my hands like I could care less.

Mephisto takes one look at ayumi and bursts out laughing. "So this is her? Marvelous, She'll make a fine addition to the family-" A fist of solid light backhands him and I sigh "I have no interest in marrying her, This would be the woman that passed the advanced exam that I administered yesterday." And with that we both turn to look at her.

Finally the pain my eyes are going away a little bit hopefully that means it is about sun time for sunset. At least then I will be able to see better than I can now. Deciding to sit Seiza near the entrance of the cram school and await nighttime to come. Or until someone is nice enough to help him find his way back to his dorm.
